New exclusive flavors!

Salt caramel, Matcha green tea, Kaffir lime, Far west candy cap, Philz coffee, Frog hollow cherry!

Salt caramel; our donut chef makes the caramel regularly in our kitchen and it starts with melting organic sugar in a saucepan. He adds our special vegan fake butter and organic coconut milk to the melted sugar, and its a somewhat tricky process. What you have then is combined in the 20qt. mixer with powdered sugar for a silky rich topping that we then sprinkle with large sea salt crystals. We think its great, and apparently others do too, we are having a hard time keeping these on the shelf at the Ferry Building kiosk, so get there early if you want one...

Matcha green tea; We have finally found a great resource for organic Matcha green tea that we can buy from! Its a great ingredient for making lucious green sugary toppings with a caffeine kick.

Kaffir Lime Leaf: A rich organic coconut based spice glaze with an unmistakable fragrant aroma reminiscent of exotic southeast asian cuisine.

Cherry donuts are still here through june... And we have more cherries from Frog Hollow Farms that make a wonderfully pink and red topping for our donuts.

Philz Coffee: Our first stop in San Francisco, and our first wholesale customer, Philz Coffee has provided us with Some of their Organic Timor coffee- Our chef will be experimenting with some donut varieties this week to present to Phil and Jacob for approval. These donuts will be exclusive to Our Ferry Building kiosk and all Philz Coffee locations.
